Normally our menu consists of luxurious starters, cold and warm. To conclude, you can choose from a sweet dessert or a cheese plate. The dishes are made for one person and are not suitable for '' Shared dining ''. Four dishes equals a 3-course dinner. But due to Covid-19 measures we currently only use the menu below:

First course

Tuna | duck liver | chorizo | piccalilly | macadamia

Steak tartaar | egg yolk | fresh truffle | toast | capers

 

Second course

Tortellini | north sea crab | lemongrass | green curry

Ravioli | slow cooked beef | sage butter

Quail breast | confit leg | white asparagus | quail egg | bouillon
